MGEU Must Act on Inmate Deaths

Seven people have died in Manitoba jails in 2016. Five died in the Winnipeg Remand Centre: Hollie Hall, Errol Greene, Robert McAdam, Russell Spence, and Lance Harper. We still don’t know the names of the two who died in the Dauphin and Headingley correctional centres. They all have families
